In 1954 Roy Caswell started the Caswell Window & Door Company. It continues today as a family owned business. Roy Sr. conceived of the Company as a contractor with the highest possible standards, bringing craftsmanship-level work to the home construction and remodeling business. Dear Dave,
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to inform you of the wonderful job your staff performed when installing my windows and door. I have to admit that I was not looking forward to the installation, because I was under the impression that installing windows was a messy job. To my surprise the opposite occurred.
I knew as soon as the men arrived and opened their truck and I saw how organized their tools were I knew everything was going to be okay. They introduced themselves and immediately set up their equipment and went to work. They worked well as a team; everyone knew their job and performed it well. I was impressed, when drop cloths were put down everywhere the workmen walked in my home. A vacuum was also used to remove any dust.
They supplied trashcans to remove the waste, and at the end of the day, everything was cleaned and left exactly as they found it. They showed us how to adjust the blinds and answered all of our questions. I really love my windows and door; we no longer hear the noise from I-696.

Dear Mr. Caswell,
When Russ Bissett said “You folks will not be disappointed with your new windows”, he was the master of the understatement. Mr. Caswell, we are delighted, overjoyed, impressed, ecstatic, etc. (I better stop; my thesaurus is starting to overheat).
Seriously, the entire experience with your staff has been terrific. From the first time we met Russ, there was a chemistry that told my wife and I that Caswell was the way to go for us. He’s a delightful man and a true professional. Russ is welcome back to our house anytime. Carol did a wonderful job of keeping us informed as to what was happening and when – and she was right on every time. And your installers, Roy Caswell Jr. and Keith Hubner were outstanding. The absolute care they took with everything was exceptional. The windows look beautiful and the cleanup was amazing. I swear they must have vacuumed my driveway when they were done, since there wasn’t a speck of sawdust anywhere.
Rest assured, when friends and relatives ask, “Where did you get those great windows?” We will gladly say CASWELL WINDOW AND DOOR.
